'Reply All,' 'Reply,' and 'Forward Email' do not work

Note: Enhanced email was designed as part of sales productivity feature. Leaving it with no access to the mentioned fields and objects prevents the links from being used.
Lösung


Please check if the affected profile has read access to both Contact and Lead Objects, in the event that nothing happens when a user clicks on the reply, reply all, and forward links. Enhanced email requires that read access be provided on the email field for both Contact and Lead. Also note that these links only work if the user has access to both Contact and Lead objects. 


To check a Profile:

1. Open Setup and enter Profiles in Quick Find
2. Click on a Profile.
3. Click Object Settings.
4. Check both Contacts and Leads.
