Content Deliveries in Salesforce converts your documents into web-optimized versions that can be easily viewed online without downloading. This feature is useful for sharing sales collateral, presentations, or documents with customers and partners through secure links. For example, a sales rep can use Content Deliveries to send a proposal to a prospect via a secure, trackable link instead of attaching a file to an email. You can track when content is viewed and set expiration dates for shared links.

Available Editions

Content Deliveries is available in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Requesting Activation

Post Activation Steps

Once activated, a System Administrator must also enable Content Deliveries in the Setup menu for the feature to appear.
