Engagement History Lightning Component Displays 'An error has occurred' in Account Engagement

Udgivelsesdato: Sep 30, 2025
Beskrivelse
While adding or once you have added the Engagement History Lightning Component to your record layout page, you might see the following message:  'An error has occurred'.
NOTE: The message will appear on the record and also on the page editor.

This issue usually means that Salesforce is not allowed to communicate with Account Engagement to pull the data that will be displayed in this component.
