Preview mode within the Experience Builder

Description
Within Experience Builder in Preview mode, certain features are not available in their entirety. This is expected behavior.

List of current limitations:
  • Submitting attachments with cases
  • Embedded snap-ins chat
  • Hyperlinks in components
  • Add Profile Picture
  • Preview Surveys
  • Flow component Preview
  • URL Redirect
  • External URL type in Navigation menu  
  • Preview of CMS Document (PDF/Docs)
Résolution
To use this functionality, login to the Community itself. If the community is not yet published or you are not ready to publish please choose the option to either Preview as Authenticated User or Guest User to open the preview window in a new tab. This will allow full functionality for the Community in a preview environment.
