Account Engagement Prospect Activity Glossary

Udgivelsesdato: Sep 30, 2025
Beskrivelse

Each prospect record has an Activities table displaying the prospect's actions. The activities are composed of an icon and description of the activity. The description includes the name of the marketing element or email and the date that the prospect took that action.

*Note: These activities denoted with an asterisk are considered passive and will not change a prospect from Never Active to Active status, and will not update the Last Activity field. Passive activities will not be reflected in the "Account Engagement Last Activity" field within Salesforce.

Here is a list of possible prospect activities you may see in the Prospect Activity table:

  • *Email Hard Bounce — Email sent to prospect hard bounced due to an invalid email address. The prospect was automatically opted-out. Account Engagement will differentiate between bounce types in the Prospect Activity Record.
