You can price a product based on several different quantity ranges, called block prices in Salesforce CPQ. When a sales rep adds that product to a quote, Salesforce CPQ checks where it falls in the quantity ranges and prices the quote line accordingly. It is important that all quantities sold are defined in the Block Price details. When a product is added via product selection in the quote line editor, saving the quote line at certain quantities may encounter the following error:
Error: Product [ProductId] has no block price for this quantity. Please contact your administrator.
Verify the Block Prices account for the selected quantity causing the error. Another scenario that can result in this error is if an organization has Products that have:
