This error indicates that either asset or subscription records are missing required field values. Legacy data upload with Renewals and Amendments in Salesforce CPQ details the requirements for migrating data, a common cause of fields missing required values. The product record may also contain a null value in a field that requires data such as Subscription Pricing. Review and confirm the required subscription and asset fields are populated with the appropriate values.

Commonly used wording to represent contract amendments are Upsell, Downsell, Change Order, and Cancel and Replace. The CPQ Quote identifies if a sale is an amendment where its Type field equals Amendment.
