The ID displayed in the error message is the record ID for the related Price Rule. The return from a lookup rule must only be one record for each targeted record. Compare the tested quote line, quote, or product option criteria against the table matching values to determine what records are being returned.
To resolve this error, ensure that only one record is returned from the Price Rule logic by:
NOTE: When comparing a field value via a lookup query, the values cannot contain commas. For example, if the Value in the lookup query is 300,000, it should be modified to 300000. The comma in the value can trigger the same error above, even though there are no duplicate entries.
