Attaching files to Account Engagement emails

Description
While you can’t add an attachment to a Account Engagement email, you can include links to your Account Engagement-hosted content files in the email. A benefit of this method is that Account Engagement-hosted file downloads appear in a prospect’s activities.

If use Salesforce Engage, you have the ability to attach files to Engage emails.
Resolution

How to link to files in your Account Engagement emails:
1. While editing your email draft, highlight the text you want to link to the file, and click the link icon in the editor.
2. From the Link Type menu, select File.
3. Select the file.
