Beskrivelse

In Salesforce Lightning Experience Kanban List Views for Opportunities, Open stage values always display before Closed stage values. This display order is fixed Salesforce behavior, regardless of the stage order configured in Salesforce Setup.

The following information explains how Salesforce Kanban views display Opportunity Stage values and the behavior associated with Closed Lost and Closed Won opportunities.

How Kanban View Displays Opportunity Stage Values

When working with Opportunity Kanban views in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Stage values always display in the following order:

  • Open Stage values appear first.

  • Closed Stage values appear after all Open Stage values.

  • All Closed Stages are grouped together in a single column at the far right of the Kanban board.

This display order is fixed and does not follow the stage order configured in Setup > Opportunity Stages.

Behavior for Closed Lost and Closed Won Opportunities

Opportunity Kanban views handle Closed stages differently:

  • Closed Lost — Opportunities with a Stage value of Closed Lost do not appear in Kanban Views. It is also not possible to move an Opportunity from another stage directly to Closed Lost using the Kanban interface.

  • Closed Won — Opportunities with a Stage value of Closed Won are displayed in Kanban Views and can be moved between tiles as needed.

This behavior is expected and is part of the standard design of Opportunity Kanban views in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
