Error 'Unable to process request' when you open attachments in Lightning

Description

Users may be unable to open the file/email attachments that were sent using the Send a List Email in Salesforce Lightning.


Error : Unable to Process Request
We couldn't access the content delivery. 
This content has been deleted, doesn't exist, or can't be previewed.

 

Resolution

In order to resolve this issue administrator will need to Setup Content Deliveries via the following steps:


1. From Setup, enter content deliveries and public links in the Quick Find box, and select Content Deliveries and Public Links.

2. Click Edit, and then select Content Deliveries feature can be enabled for users, Public Links can be enabled for users (Requires Content Deliveries)
