In Salesforce Lightning Experience, users may be unable to open file attachments that were sent using the Send a List Email feature. When attempting to open such attachments, users see the following error message:
Error: Unable to Process Request We couldn't access the content delivery. This content has been deleted, doesn't exist, or can't be previewed.
This error occurs because the Content Deliveries feature is not enabled for the organization or for users. List Email in Lightning Experience uses Content Deliveries to deliver file attachments. When Content Deliveries are disabled, the attachment links are inaccessible.
A Salesforce administrator can resolve this issue by enabling the Content Deliveries and Public Links feature using the following steps:
