Pardot GoodData Connector Retirement

게시 일자: Jan 16, 2026
상세 설명

Salesforce Pardot retired the GoodData reporting tool on February 1, 2019. We recommend that you migrate to an alternative solution by that time.

Since your organization currently uses this feature, we wanted to explain the impact of this change and describe your available options.

You’re also probably wondering why we’re retiring GoodData. Pardot wants to offer reporting and analytics capabilities that more tightly integrate with existing Salesforce tools, providing customers with a single-platform experience, which led us to retire this feature.

What changed?

After February 1, 2019, you can't access your Pardot data and projects within GoodData. GoodData will no longer be shown as a menu option in Pardot reporting, and it will no longer be accessible through the Pardot UI. The Pardot-GoodData connector will also be disconnected and removed.

After that date, you will have the option to purchase GoodData directly (https://www.gooddata.com) as a separate third-party reporting solution, but you must build out the integration on your own. Pardot will provide no out-of-the-box integration.

How did I know if I was affected?

To check for Connector ‘Gooddata’ – Log into Pardot -> follow path 'Admin' -> 'Connectors' - If ‘Gooddata’ connector is found, then affected by feature retirement.

What did you recommend?

Determine the best fit solution with the following options for your needs. You can use all three, a mixture of two, just one, or neither if you wish. We know that retiring a capability you’ve been using can be disruptive. To help guide you through this transition, here are a few alternatives to consider:
