Account Engagement User Table Actions

Administrators can apply actions to Account Engagement users using Table Actions in the same way as you would to prospect tables.

Table actions can be applied to the whole user table (using the checkbox to the left of the table’s header row) or individual users (using the checkboxes to the left of the user's name) and selecting an action from the white drop-down box at the bottom of the table. For a full list of table action options, see the chart below.

Note: After selecting the table action(s) in the white drop-down box, click the ‘Go’ button to execute the action(s) on the selected user(s). The maximum number of user records shown on the page can be adjusted by changing the 'ITEMS PER PAGE' dropdown list at the bottom of the user table. Maximum 50 records can be shown per page. To select all the users in the table, click the checkbox at the top and Click on 'Select all xxx records in the table'.

Table Action Definitions

Add tagsThis action will apply the tag(s) of your choice.
Add users to groupThis action will add the selected user(s) to a Account Engagement user group.
Create prospect and add to test listThis action will create a prospect record for the selected user(s) and allows you to select a test list for the new prospect(s).
DeleteThis action will delete the selected user(s) and send the user(s) to the Account Engagement recycle bin.
Enable single sign-on with CRMThis action will enable single sign-on for the selected user(s) in bulk, instead of one-by-one via the user profile.
Remove tagsThis action will remove the tag(s) of your choice.
Resend activation emailsThis action will resend an activation email to the selected user(s)*.
Set a notification preferenceThis action allows you to set up user preferences for prospects alerts in bulk, instead of one-by-one via the user profile.
Set languageThis action will set the display language for the selected user(s).
Set localeThis action will set the locale for the selected user(s).
Set to roleThis action will change the Account Engagement user role for the selected user(s).

*Sending an activation email to users that are SSO-only or are Account Engagement User synced users will not allow the user to login to Account Engagement, as they must instead access Account Engagement via Salesforce.
