If your Salesforce organization has API Access Control enabled with the policy setting "For admin-approved users, limit API access to only allowlisted connected apps", access to CRM Analytics will be blocked unless the CRM Analytics Web Connected App is installed and the system-generated CRM Analytics user profiles are added to its approved list.
