Administrators and developers frequently ask whether Einstein Bots (now Agentforce Bots) have a maximum concurrent chat capacity. This article clarifies the capacity behaviour for both the bot-handling phase and the agent-transfer phase.

Einstein Bot / Agentforce Bot Capacity — Einstein Bots have no capacity limit. The bot can handle an unlimited number of simultaneous conversations.

Agent Capacity After Bot Transfer — When a conversation is transferred from an Einstein Bot to a human agent, the agent's capacity is governed by their Omni-Channel Presence Configuration or Routing Configuration. Agents will only receive transferred chats up to their configured capacity limit.
