Error 'We had trouble processing the request. We've reported the problem to Customer Support' when a Profile has been assigned to a Lightning Console App

Profiles cannot be assigned to Lightning Sales or Service Console Apps in App Manager when the Profile User License is assigned to Salesforce Platform. An attempt in assigning a Profile with this User type will result in following error: We had trouble processing the request. We've reported the problem to Customer Support with error ID: -1113262080
Risoluzione
For users with Salesforce Platform licenses to gain access to Lightning Console Apps, create a Permission Set using the Lightning Console permission set license and assign the console in the Assigned Apps of the Permission Set, and not via the App Manager when the Profile User License is assigned to Salesforce Platform.
