How to Find the Release Schedule for Financial Services Cloud and Health Cloud (Industries Cloud)

The release dates for Salesforce Industries Cloud products — specifically Financial Services Cloud and Health Cloud — follow a separate upgrade schedule from the core Salesforce platform. Unlike core Salesforce releases, Industries Cloud releases are instance-specific and are not automatically applied to all organizations on the same date.
This article explains how to identify which Salesforce instance your organization is on and how to determine the scheduled upgrade date for Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud releases. Partner Developer Edition orgs and Developer Edition orgs are included in the same instance-based upgrade schedule as production orgs.

Resolution

Step 1: Identify Your Salesforce Instance

  1. Visit the Salesforce Trust Website and click the My Domain button.
  2. Enter your org's My Domain subdomain name and click Search.
  3. Your current instance is listed in the search results. Click the instance number to view its maintenance calendar.

Step 2: Determine Your Industries Cloud Release Date

  1. In the maintenance calendar on the right side of the instance page, look for circled dates.
  2. Click on a circled date to view the maintenance details.
  3. Check whether the maintenance includes an upgrade scheduled for Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud releases.

Note: Partner Developer Edition orgs and Developer Edition orgs follow the same instance-based release schedule. Use the same steps above to find the instance and release date for these org types.
