Replies Do Not Go to the 'Reply-to' Address Set for Account Engagement Emails

When sending an email in Account Engagement, you have the option of designating a specific Sender and a Reply To address, as outlined here:

You may have done this before and noticed that the indicated Sender still received some or all of the replies instead of the Reply To address.
Løsning
Although using a custom Reply To address is recommended if you're sending on behalf of someone else in your organization, it is ultimately up to the recipients’ mail server to decide if that specification is honored. This is due to the set up of the recipients’ inbound mail-server. They can be set up to send out-of-office notifications to the Reply To address, or the From address.
 
Remember, Account Engagement can only control what happens to your email before it is sent.
