Note: Applies to Marketing Cloud Engagement Enterprise 2.0 accounts only. Not sure what type of account you have? Review Editions for more information.
In Marketing Cloud Connect for Enterprise 2.0 accounts, the Marketing Cloud API User's Business Unit access determines which Business Units are available for use within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. If Business Units are missing from the Sales or Service Cloud integration, or if newly created Business Units are not appearing in connected orgs, the API User may not have those Business Units assigned. This article walks through assigning Business Units to the Marketing Cloud API User via Setup and Email Studio Admin.
