Cancel a scheduled user-initiated Send

To pause a scheduled, user-initiated send while it is processing, use the 'Cancel Send' feature within Send Tracking.
解決策


1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application.
2. From the app switcher, select Email.
3. Go to Tracking | Sends.
4. Select the job you'd like to cancel.
5. Click Cancel Send.


This action cancels your send. Any subscribers yet to be sent the email will not receive the send.

Note:

If this is a Sales Cloud Send you will not see the scheduled email under the above path. This can be accessed by following the below steps.

 

  1. Log in to the Marketing Cloud application.
  2. From the app switcher, select Email.
  3. Go to  Interactions | User-Initiated Emails
  4. Select the job you'd like to cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Send.

 

Note:

Currently, scheduled emails are not visible in the Marketing Cloud calendar if their audience is a salesforce data extension. The only place to see those sends is the Interactions tab.
