Chatter components not available in Lightning App Builder when Users edit a page

Descripción
Users may want to add Chatter components (such as Chatter Publisher, Chatter Feed, and Chatter) on a record by going to the gear icon and clicking 'Edit Page.' However, they are unable to find these components. 
Solución

To resolve this, Feed Tracking must be enabled on the object.
