Beschreibung
When you first sign up for Account Engagement, your contract stipulates how much storage is available in your org. To see how much storage you have purchased and have available, read Check Account Usage.

If you are close to going over your storage limits, you will see this warning:

Warning! You are approaching your File Storage limit.

Lösung
There are two ways to increase your File Storage limits:

1. Add more storage space to your account.
2. Free up space from your account by removing content files.

Add More Storage Space

To add more storage space to your Account Engagement account, contact your Account Executive to purchase additional storage.

Free Up Space By Removing Content Files

If you find that you’re running out of storage space, and don’t want to purchase additional storage, here are some tips to regain storage space back:

Review older content files.

A content file from an an email campaign may no longer need to be available. For any old or unneeded content files, you can delete them to free up space for new files for newer campaigns. Take special care to only delete the content files you don’t need, as any deletion cannot be undone and the content file will be permanently deleted. Deleted files cannot be accessed via the Account Engagement recycling bin.

Remove large content files.

Account Engagement content files are best used for smaller files, such as image files used for emails and landing pages. Larger files, such as large Power Point presentations or movie files, might better be hosted on your own servers or with a file hosting service. You can still reference these files in Account Engagement assets by creating a custom redirect that links to the specific files stored elsewhere.

Important Note: Deleting a content file is permanent and cannot be undeleted.
