Salesforce does not include a built-in report type to analyze which fields are populated on a given object or what percentage of records have a specific field filled in. This is a common administrative need for data quality auditing, cleanup projects, and org optimization. Third-party AppExchange solutions or Idea Exchange votes are the available options until a native feature is introduced.
To analyze the fields for any object, including what percentage of the records (or a subset of your records) have that field populated, there is no built-in report.
