Fecha de publicación: Oct 13, 2022
Descripción
Contact attributes, which are provided within the set user info section of the collect tracking code, are actionable within the following areas of Personalization Builder

Example Collect Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
   _etmc.push(["setOrgId", "MID"]);
   _etmc.push(["setUserInfo", {"email": "INSERT_EMAIL_OR_UNIQUE_ID",
	"details":  {
		"Gender": "Male",
		"AgeGroup": "Adult"
		    }
	   }]);
   _etmc.push(["trackPageView"]);
</script>
Solución

Contact Attributes can be referenced within rule manager to refine Einstein Recommendations for email and web based on these values.

Additionally these attributes are used within the application to build affinity. To accomplish this they must match tags assigned to product items. Using the above example, products should have tags matching Male and Adult or other provided values (ie Female/Child).

These custom fields will not be added to any IGO/PI data extensions and can not be seen outside of Einstein Recommendations > Web/Email Recommendations > Reporting > Contacts.
