A text email template sent through Salesforce and received on Outlook removes some line breaks and all text shows in one line. However, after the email is in Outlook it can be forwarded to another user, and it's formatted correctly. Users notice that there’s a banner at the top of the email message that says,
"Extra line breaks in this message were removed."
They can click this banner to add them back, or follow the succeeding steps to configure Outlook to never remove line breaks:
This could be happening because Outlook is configured to remove extra line breaks. To resolve the issue, you must disable the feature in Outlook. As these steps are performed in Outlook itself and not in Salesforce, reach out to Microsoft Support if further assistance is necessary.
