If you need assistance with third party tools, here is how you can determine who to contact for help.
Support offered by Salesforce
Most issues involving installation and uninstallation of packages is supported by Salesforce Support.
Troubleshooting functionality for third party applications, packages, or programs isn't provided by Salesforce Support unless specifically stated in the Overview information of the app's listing on the AppExchange.
While Salesforce Support is always here to assist you, our policy does not typically include joining or facilitating meetings that involve third-party software. We can occasionally participate as a courtesy, but please note that our support scope remains unchanged.
Exception: Support is offered for third-party assistive technology applications such as screen readers (i.e, VoiceOver, NVDA) within standard non-custom Salesforce user interfaces. If an assistive technology application isn't functioning properly within the standard Salesforce application user interface, please contact support.
Note: Please validate if the Salesforce App in Appexchange is indeed a Salesforce Labs app. There is a distinction between a Salesforce.com App and a Salesforce Labs App. Follow these steps to ensure the distinction:
1. Open the AppExchange and search for the application
2. Once App is open, look at the bottom and review the "Support Section"
3. The Support section will state who supports it or if the application is not supported
4. Lab apps contain a disclosure at the bottom of the listing that clearly indicate Salesforce Labs as the creator with the following disclosure:
'Salesforce Labs apps are free to use, but are not official salesforce.com products, and should be considered community projects - these apps are not officially tested or documented.'
For issues with Force.com Lab Apps, visit the Success Community Answers Board and post your questions to get help from other app users just like you.
