This article lists all default standard picklist field values provided by Salesforce Classic across major object tabs including Home, Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Solutions, Contracts, and Campaigns. These values are pre-configured by Salesforce and can be modified by an Administrator.
A picklist is a list box of pre-defined values where users can select one value from the list. Administrators can add, remove, or modify picklist values based on business requirements.
Salesforce provides default values for each standard picklist field. If these default values meet your business needs, no additional configuration is required. If changes are needed, Administrators can edit the values directly from the object field settings.
