Beskrivelse
Here's how to add values to the 'Member Status' Campaign field:
Løsning

Salesforce Classic

  1. View the campaign you want to customize, and click Advanced Setup.
  2. Click Edit to add or update Member Status values.
  3. Update the existing entries or add up to 50 entries.
  4. Select one entry as the 'Default' value.
  5. Choose which values will be counted as 'Responded'. Leads or Contacts with 'Responded' values will be tallied in the 'Responses' field on the Campaign.

Lightning Experience

  1. View the campaign you want to customize, and click 'Campaign Member Statuses' related list, then Click New to add New Status. Type the name of your new Status, then click Save.
  2. To change which status is the default, click Change Default Status. Then click the dropdown menu to choose the default status, then click Save.
  3. To change a status name, click Edit next to the status.
  4. To change whether the status counts as responded, click Edit next to the status. Members with statuses that count as 'Responded' are tallied in the 'Responses in Campaign' field on the Campaign.

Note: By Default, 'Campaign Member Statuses' are not added to Campaign object related list. Please make sure to add the 'Campaign Member Statuses' into the Campaign Page layout related list

Mass modify all Campaigns

At this time, mass modifying cannot be done for all Campaigns at once, but instead has to be done individually on each Campaign.

Customers that would like to be able to manage this for multiple campaigns at once should visit the IdeaExchange and promote Customizable Campaign Member Status Values Picklist.

As a workaround:

  1. Create a Campaign that will be used as a template only.
  2. Enter all of your required member status values into this template Campaign.
  3. Instead of creating a new Campaign from scratch, simply clone from this template and all the member status values are copied over.

Note: The workaround provided only works in Classic UI but not in Lightning.
