Error 'Please add your email address in the list of your My acceptable email address' in Outlook Integration

To resolve the error message: 

1. Ensure your email address is among any of those that are in 'My Acceptable Email Addresses' on the current Microsoft Outlook you are using.

2. The 'My Acceptable Email Addresses' field is case-sensitive so make sure to watch out for any upper or lower-case characters.

To check the list of acceptable email addresses for my Email to Salesforce:

In Salesforce Classic 

1. Click on your name.
2. Select My Settings.
3. Select Email.
4. Click on Email to Salesforce.
5. Under 'My Acceptable Email Addresses', match your email address to your Outlook.
6. If the email address is correct and still received the error, remove all the email addresses and click save.
7. Re-add the email addresses, just separate by a comma without spaces if there are multiple emails. (example: email1@test.com,email2@test.com,email3@test.com). Click save.
8. Revoke the users Outlook Integration user mapping.
9. Log in to the Outlook Integration and re-authenticate as needed

In Lightning Experience

1. Click on your Avatar.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Select Email.
4. Click Email to Salesforce.
5. Under 'My Acceptable Email Addresses', match your email address to your Outlook.
6. If the email address is correct and still received the error, remove all the email addresses and click save.
7. Re-add the email addresses, just separate by a comma without spaces if there are multiple emails. (example: email1@test.com,email2@test.com,email3@test.com). Click save.
8. Revoke the users Outlook Integration user mapping.
9. Log in to the Outlook Integration and re-authenticate as needed
