Report on Accounts without Activities Due on a Specific Timeframe

Create and configure the Custom Report Type

1. Create a Custom Report Type for Accounts with or without associated Activities

• Primary Object: Accounts 
  • With or without related records from Activities (B)
• Secondary Object: Activities

2. Create a Report using the new custom report type
3. Add your preferred filters for Accounts and Activities records
4. Add a filter for the Due Date field on the Activities Object

Note: This article is not for creating a report to track Accounts with any activities. It's to track accounts which had no activities during a specific time frame.
