Update company information on multiple CPQ Quote Templates

To update the Company Name, Company Slogan, Company Phone, Company Email, and Company Street, Company City, Company State on multiple Quote Templates, edit from custom list views to change data on multiple records at one time.

1. Click the Quote Templates tab, and open a list view that displays all your Quote Templates.
2. If the fields you want to modify are not displayed, edit the list view to add the company information fields that you want to edit.
3. Save this layout.
4. Use the checkboxes to select all Quote Template records you want to change.
5. Double-click the field you want to change to update it and select the option to "Update [NUMBER] selected items" to all selected records.
6. Save > All selected records

NOTE: The "Mass Edit from Lists" permission must be enabled for your user profile to inline edit multiple records at once.
