After creating an import file, to get proper encoding, the file may need to be opened in a text editor to get your file aligned with UTF-8 encoding. When opening your file, find the option within your preferred text editor to convert the file or to save it with a specific encoding. Search for a setting that specifically uses the term "Convert" or "Save with Encoding" as the file you are opening will not be in the proper encoding by default. Selecting a specific encoding type without performing a convert or a save to a specific encoding may result in newly added text having proper encoding while existing text remains in the improper encoding.
