Invalid Email
The email address is invalid. For example, the ‘@‘ symbol is missing in the email address.
Field Validation Failure
The imported field value does not match one of the predefined field values. Pre-defined values can be set on an Account Engagement default/custom field via the settings “Use pre-defined values (for checkboxes, radio buttons, drop downs, and multi-selects)” and “Validate upon import”.
Email Not Allowed
This email is not allowed. Account Engagement rejects spammy and role-based email addresses on import because they are likely to cause spam complaints and blocklisting.
Invalid according to Policy: Policy Expired
The time on your computer is incorrect. We recommend that you update your computer time using a resource like http://www.time.gov/.
| Please select at least one CRM ID field | The import was configured to use CRM ID as the unique identifier, but the imported file does not have a corresponding CRM ID field. CRM ID is a required field when using this manner of importing prospects. |
