Most of these issues could be related to a bad Outlook profile or having additional mailboxes, personal folders, or shared folders. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and address the issue

1 - Check your Outlook folders on the left pane to see if you have any shared mailboxes, personal folders (PST), or any other folders. Click on each one of them and make sure you can access these folders and view the content.

2- For PST folders, right-click on each and click on Data File Properties | Advanced..  and pay attention to the value in the Format: box
The value should say "Outlook Data File". Sometimes after using Outlook for a long time there are a few PST files that were created in older versions of Outlook and they get transferred to the new machine or new Office installation. This is the old format, now officially called "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File" and commonly known as ANSI PST, You need to upgrade to the Unicode PST format. See the 3rd Party Article by MsOutlook info or you can refer to the Salesforce for Outlook - Non Unicode .pst file Knowledge Article  for information on how to upgrade and transfer data

The reason for this step is to make sure your data is intact and the format of your personal folders is supported so that when you move them into your new Outlook profile you don't experience the same issue.

3- Once this is done, you close your Outlook and follow the steps below to create a new Outlook profile.
You would need to know your email address and email password.

- Close SFO and Outlook
- Navigate to the Control panel, then search for the Mail applet. Open it to open the Mail profile dialog.
Windows 8.1 and 10 users: Right-click on the Start button and choose the Control panel
- Click Show Profiles
Click Add.
- Type a name for your profile.

- Outlook 2007 and up support "AutoDiscovery". This will set up your email account automatically, provided your ISP supports it. If you aren't sure, try it. Enter your name, email address and password and Outlook will try to set up the profile. Most major ISPs do support auto setup.

* If auto account setup fails, check the option to create the profile manually. You'll need to enter your account information, account type, and email server names. If you are unsure, check with your internal help desk IT team

- When you are finished,  from the Profiles dialog box under "When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile: select the Prompt for a profile to be used so when you open Outlook you can select your new Outlook profile
- Close the Mail dialog and double-click on the Outlook icon to run Outlook
- Once you open Outlook it may take anywhere between 10-60 min for Outlook to be ready and showing all your data depending on your Outlook data size. At the bottom of the Outlook window you will see Folders is updating and when it's done it should say All folders are up to date.

- Once Outlook downloads all your data, run SFO and try to reproduce the issue. Test all the scenarios and make sure you do not experience any issues.
-After you test your new Outlook profile with SFO, then try to import your PST files. You need to click on File| Account Settings | Account Settings and click on the Data Files tab and click on Add locate and add the pst file you'd like. You need to repeat these steps for additional PST files.
It is recommended to add your PST folders one at a time and close and reopen your Outlook and try to reproduce any issues you were experiencing before.
