System Administrators and Delegated Administrators can reset passwords for multiple users simultaneously or expire all passwords at once. This is useful during security incidents, when implementing new password policies, or during employee offboarding processes.
Follow the steps below to reset passwords for multiple users or expire passwords for all users in Lightning and Classic.
1. Click the gear icon.
2. Click Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box, enter Expire All Passwords.
4. Select Expire all user passwords.
5. Click Save.
