Scenario:
A Salesforce Admin investigates why users cannot select certain records in a lookup field. After checking the object’s Fields & Relationships in Setup, the admin finds a lookup filter restricting available records based on specific criteria. The issue occurs because the desired records do not meet this filter, so the admin reviews and adjusts either the data or the filter accordingly.
