Create Account Engagement Scoring Category Reports in Salesforce

Description
This article covers creating Scoring Category reports for Lead and Contact objects in Salesforce. Scoring Categories are available in Account Engagement Pro/Plus, Ultimate/Advanced, and Premium editions.
 
Note: Depending on how your Salesforce org is set up, your interface may be different than the instructions below.
 
Be sure to repeat these steps to create report types for both Lead and Contact objects.

Creating the Custom Report Type

Note: These instructions are for a Salesforce Admin.
 
1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Feature Settings > Report Types.
2. If "What is a Custom Report Type?" shows up, Click Continue.
3. Click New Custom Report Type.
4. Set the Primary Object to Leads or Contacts.
5. Enter a Report Type Label and enter a Description.
6. Click Next.
7. Add Account Engagement Category Scores as the related object.
8. Save your Custom Report Type.
 

Creating Reports

Users with permissions that allow them to view Scoring Category Scores can create reports in Salesforce using the Account Engagement Scoring Category custom report types created in the last section.
