Marketing Cloud servers use the Central Standard Time (CST) Time Zone, but do not observe Daylight Savings Time (DST).
Systems will remain on Central Standard Time (CST) and will not change to (or from) Central Daylight Time (CDT) in March and November, respectively.
Systems will *ALWAYS* be -0600 from GMT at all times of the year.
If needed, you can synchronize your local system clocks with the UTC time.
If your local clocks are deployed on Amazon Web Services, you can use Network Time Protocol (NTP) sources as described in Keeping Time With Amazon Time Sync Service.
If your local clocks are deployed outside of Amazon Web Services, you can use one of the NIST Internet Time Servers as described in NIST Internet Time Service (ITS).
Note: For Indianapolis teams in the CST Time Zone, this means servers will be 1 hour behind during Winter months, but will be 2 hours behind during the Spring, Summer, and Fall (while we’re observing Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)).
