Create a Bucket field for Record Types

Fecha de publicación: Aug 8, 2024
Descripción

By default, there is no functionality available to create a Bucket field for Record Types. The workaround is to create a custom formula field which could then be referenced in a User's report as a Bucket field. Please follow the steps below. Also, if you want this feature added to our future release, vote for Ability to Bucket by Record Type on our Idea Exchange.
