Salesforce 'Quick Text' Records Do Not Display

Quick Text records fail to display for all users when a translation is placed on the channel name.
솔루션

A translation in Translation Workbench for the channel name prevents Quick Text records from displaying.

To resolve this issue, the channel name translation must be removed from Translation Workbench. 

 
In Lightning Experience
  1. Click the Gear Icon, then click Setup.
  2. Enter Translation Language Settings in the Quick Find box.

     
  3. Click Translation Language Settings.
  4. On the Translation Workbench page, scroll to the bottom and click Disable.
     
  5. Click OK on the pop-up box.
 
In Salesforce Classic
  1. Click Setup.
  2. Enter Translation Language Settings in the Quick Find box.
  3. Click Translation Language Settings.
  4. On the Translation Workbench page, scroll to the bottom and click Disable.
  5. Click OK on the pop-up box.
 

We advise administrators to not change the Quick Text Channel names, as doing so prevents Quick Text records from displaying for all users on this particular change.
