When sending a Service Report from a Service Appointment in Lightning, you may see the following error, 'Email isn't set up yet. Ask your Admin for help.' 

Example Scenario : 

1. Open a Service Appointment 
2. Click Create a Service Report in the upper right corner of the page
3. In the pop up containing the PDF, click Create and Send Service Report
4. Error appears: 'Email isn't set up yet. Ask your Admin for help' 

Resolution

This happens if the global action 'Email' is not added to the Global Publisher Layout

To add the 'Email' global action to the Global Publisher Layout:

1. Navigate to Setup 
2. Type Global Actions in the Quick Find search and select Publisher Layouts
3. Select Publisher Layout
4. Click Edit next to Publisher Layout 
5. Select Mobile and Lightning Actions on the canvas
6. Look for the Email action
7. Drag and Drop the action to the Canvas
8. Click Save
