Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) automatically streams or captures emails from your Outlook or Gmail to Salesforce. However, the emails streamed or captured in Salesforce using EAC aren't created as records and aren't saved in the Salesforce database as Email Messages, unlike emails added manually. This is why captured or streamed emails aren't visible under the Activity History related list of records — instead, they're shown only in the Activity Timeline in Lightning Experience.
