Emails Captured via 'Einstein Activity Capture' Not Seen in the Activity Timeline

Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) automatically streams or captures emails from your Outlook or Gmail to Salesforce. However, the emails streamed or captured in Salesforce using EAC aren’t created as records and aren’t saved in the database of Salesforce as 'Email Messages'. This is unlike the emails added manually. This is why all the emails that are captured or streamed aren’t visible under the Activity History of records. Instead, they’re shown under the Activity Timeline only in Lightning Experience.
 

If you don't find the captured or streamed emails in 'Activity Timeline', then here are the possible reasons why the emails disappeared:
 

After validating all these possibilities, if you still don’t find certain emails or all emails under 'Activity Timeline' of records, log a Support ticket with Salesforce.
