Submit an Order Form Supplement for Einstein Features, Inbox, or Sales Engagement

Description

Access to some Einstein features is subject to usage limitations and your acceptance of additional terms. An Order Form Supplement is required because these features require acceptance of additional usage terms and limitations before they can be enabled. These terms also apply to Inbox and Sales Engagement in Sales Unlimited and Performance Edition orgs. This feature is useful for organizations looking to leverage AI-powered capabilities within Agentforce Sales (formerly known as Sales Cloud), Service Cloud, or CRM. For example, a sales team on Unlimited Edition can request access to Einstein features by having their System Administrator submit a completed Order Form Supplement through Salesforce Support.

Available Editions:

Sales Unlimited, Performance Edition, Service Cloud, and CRM

How to Activate:

Submit an activation request with Salesforce Support along with a completed and executed Order Form Supplement

Prerequisites:

  • Download and have the Order Form Supplement signed by an authorized representative of your company before submitting a support request.
  • Include Account Numbers or Org IDs for all Production Orgs you want to have access to Einstein features. Note: Account Numbers appear on Salesforce invoices.
Resolution

Einstein Features, Inbox, and Sales Engagement must be explicitly activated by Salesforce Support before they are available in your organization.

Note:

If you have the option to enable these features in Production, an Order Form Supplement is not required for enabling Einstein Bots in Sandboxes. If you do not have the option to enable these features in Production, an Order Form Supplement must be signed for Production before they can be enabled in Sandbox.

Requesting Activation:

If you've reviewed all relevant documentation and still need assistance with activating this feature, please have a System Administrator create an activation request with Support.

When logging your case, select the following options:

For Service Einstein products:

  • Product: Service

  • Topic: Security & Activations

For Sales Einstein, Inbox, or Sales Engagement products:

  • Product: Sales

  • Topic: Security & Activations

Post Activation Steps:

Once the activation request is processed, a System Administrator should verify that the Einstein features, Inbox, or Sales Engagement are accessible within the relevant Production or Sandbox org.

Additional Information:

At this time, Einstein features are not available on the Salesforce Government Cloud.
