User is seeing b2bma_canvas error when accessing Account Engagement Lightning App

A user trying to access the Account Engagement Lightning App sees an error stating "You don't have permissions to view application with namespace [b2bma] and API name [b2bma_canvas].
Решение

This error is being returned because the b2bma_canvas connected app is not authorized for this user. A Salesforce admin can resolve this by extending the necessary permissions via the following steps: 

1. Go to Salesforce Setup. 
2. Go to Quick Find and search "Manage Connected Apps". 
3. Select 'Manage Connected Apps"
4. Click on b2bma_canvas.
5. In the Profiles and/or Permission Sets related lists at the bottom, add either the user's Profile or one of their permission sets to the relevant section. 

If this option is unavailable, click on "edit policies" and select “Admin approved users are pre-authorized” in the “Permitted Users” list, then save your changes. This will allow you to manually configure the Profiles/Permission Sets in step 5.
