Unable to delete specific event records in an event series

Descrizione
System admins or event creators need to be able to remove event records that are part of an series created by recurring events.
Risoluzione

Add the  'Delete All Following' button on the 'Event Page' layout

 

Salesforce Classic 

  1. Setup | Activities | Event Page Layouts

  2. Click Edit. 

  3. Add the 'Delete All Following' button via 'Quick Actions in the Salesforce Classic Publisher'

  4. Click Save.


Lightning Experience 

  1. Gear icon | Setup | Object Manager | Event | Page Layouts

  2. Click Edit by clicking the drop down arrow or just click the page layout name.

  3. Add the 'Delete All Following' button via 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions'

  4. Click Save.
