Commas and Quotes in Report filter criteria

Report filters using commas in their criteria do not recognize the commas as literal (or absolute) values. Instead, the commas act as an OR statement. 

    Solución

    For a comma to act as an absolute value, use quotation marks around the value within the filter criteria.
     

    For example

    • Will not search using the comma in the absolute value: Company Name = ABC Company, Inc, AU Site
    • Will search using the comma in the absolute value: Company Name = "ABC Company, Inc", AU Site

    Note
    • Using quotation marks around a filter value which already contains quotation marks will not return results.
