Remove Record Count from a Matrix Report in Salesforce Classic

In Salesforce Classic, you can remove the Record Count from a Matrix report that contains at least one numeric summarized field. This is useful when you want to display only the summarized field values (such as sum or average) without the row count. Follow the steps below.

To remove the Record Count from reports in Salesforce Classic:

1. Open and edit the report you would like to change in Salesforce Classic.
2. Above the report's "Preview" pane, click Show.

3. Deselect Record Count.

4. Click Run Report.
