'To Address' field in emails from certain domains displays blank value

Email to Case (E2C) Inbound Email Message "To Address" field display blank value with emails sent from certain domains (such as qq.com or foxmail.com).  In fact there are many other email domains that may experience the same behavior when they send emails to an Email-to-Case address.

This is because the "To" header is not properly closed off from the email's header; so our inbound email does not store the incoming "To" address value in the email message created.

Lösung

Work with the email provider

The customer needs to work with their email provider on why the header is incomplete. This issue has more to do with external email providers than Salesforce.
